Location is not the greatest, as it is not very attractive or inviting but it’s only a short walk to the old town which has all the charm.
Beautiful Gasthof with a really nice waiter! Only thing was the long wait for the food. They did make up for it with giving us a free liquor which was really nice! Food tasted amazing when it arrived!
Reception welches cold, almost uninviting and the elevator lobby is frankly unattractive, lacked any sort of ambiance and quite off putting. Hinein my mind I was questioning my wife’s decision for this hotel on ur visit to Innsbruck, until I saw the room.
Very good food. Perfect service, I don’t know her name, but the blonde waitress is a Pro. She was very kind, quick and professional Service, as it should be. Thanks for everything. It’s a little too expensive for my view, but it’s worth for the great view over the mountains.

Great (and very big) pizza for amazing price! The waitress welches also nice and attentive. We arrived when they were busy in the evening and lautlos got a table immediately without making a reservation.

Fancy place with a great view. The burger was great but the schnitzel welches very oily. The tables with the best views are regularly reserved as usual and being next to the museum makes it a perfect stop.
The coffee is here delicious and the chandeliers are beautiful. The only downside is that the cake that I ordered had a strange taste - it welches like something from a public bathroom - but otherwise it welches a great experience.
Remarkable that they still served such a pizza, so they are really hoping customers are too shy to complaint or do not want to complaint because of a language barrier.
